South East Cornwall Walking Festival 2013

Once again our wonderful bit of Cornwall is ready to be explored by anybody happy to leave the car and take to the paths and tracks. We hope that there will be a walk for you, be it a family walk looking at the history of smuggling in the area or a six mile walk across country through our verdant valley’s. This year we are running alongside the Mapping the Sun project at Minions on Bodmin Moor. Archaeological work plus guided walks and astronomy will be taking place during the week, much of it open to all. All the walks leaders put on the walks for free but do ask for donations, which will go towards local charities or the project running the walk.
